Վահե Յանը մրցանակակիր հայ կինոռեժիսոր է և Yan Team Production ընկերության հիմնադիրը։ Նա Երևանի թատրոնի և կինոյի պետական ինստիտուտն ավարտել է գերազանցության դիպլոմով և նկարահանել է ճանաչում ստացած վավերագրական ու խաղարկային ֆիլմեր և հեռուստածրագրեր, որոնք ներկայացվել են Կաննի, UNICA-ի և այլ միջազգային փառատոներում ու մրցույթներում։ Նրա աշխատանքները ներառում են ինչպես արվեստագետների ու մշակութային գործիչների մտերմիկ դիմանկարներ, այնպես էլ սոցիալական խնդիրների խորքային ուսումնասիրություններ։ Նշանավոր նախագծերից են Anna Hedvig Büll: The Last Prayer կիսավավերագրական լիամետրաժ ֆիլմը, որը 2015 թվականին ցուցադրվել է Կաննում՝ արտամրցութային ծրագրում, Artsakh: On the Edge of Eternity և այլաբանական Ode: The Way of Spirit ֆիլմերը։ Նա Հայաստանի կինոգործիչների միության անդամ է և Չեխիայի ռեժիսորների ու սցենարիստների ասոցիացիայի՝ ARAS-ի նախկին անդամ։ Վահե Յանը հայտնի է պատմողական վարպետությամբ, գեղագիտական զգացողությամբ և տարբեր ձևաչափերում ու ժանրերում իսկական մարդկային պատմություններ ներկայացնելու կարողությամբ։

Vahe Yan is an award-winning Armenian film director and founder of Yan Team Production. A graduate of the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography with a Diploma of Excellence, he has directed acclaimed documentaries, feature films, and television programs recognized at international festivals, including Cannes, UNICA, and documentary competitions. His work ranges from intimate portraits of artists and cultural figures to explorations of social issues. Notable projects include the semi-documentary feature Anna Hedvig Büll: The Last Prayer, screened out of competition at Cannes in 2015; Artsakh: On the Edge of Eternity; and the allegorical Ode: The Way of Spirit. A member of the Union of Film Professionals of Armenia and a former member of the Czech Association of Directors and Scriptwriters (ARAS), he is known for his storytelling, aesthetic sensibility, and ability to capture authentic human narratives across formats and genres.
